How to use the addthis plugin shortcode in blog main page for each blog

I am using the addthis plugin shortcode in my CPT main page for each blog.

For Example:

Blog1 Title 
[Addthis shortcode here] 
Blog1 Excerpt

Blog2 Title 
[Addthis shortcode here] 
Blog2 Excerpt

Blog3 Title 
[Addthis shortcode here] 
Blog3 Excerpt

My Question is, all the shortcode is showing the shared url as blog main page, not the single blog page url. If somebody click on share button it should show that blog url instead of blog main page url. How can it be solved? Please help.
